NO EXCUSES ... success and excuses don't go together :D

Posted by Arthur Peter on

WHAT IS STOPPING YOU?

EXCUSES ARE NOT VALID.

Is an excuse the same as an explanation?

One thinks one is explaining something when in fact they are actually using an excuse. The dictionary defines excuse as a “defense, justification, and an alibi.” ... And that means when we are trying to right our wrongs, and be accountable for our behavior; an explanation is the right action, an excuse is not.

So here are seven ways to stop making excuses today:
  1. 1. Make a list of your fears. ...
  2. Write down what you're doing in response to these fears. ...
  3. Decide on five concrete goals. ...
  4. For each goal, come up with three action steps to help make them a reality. ...
  5. Create a one-day plan. ...
  6. Tell someone about your plan.
